We can share gemstone photos and videos with buyers via WhatsApp.
Treatments and certificates
We disclose gemstone treatments when known. Certificates are optional. If requested, we can help buyers obtain a gemstone certificate through GIL LAB or AIG LAB; certificate costs are paid by the buyer.
Returns and exchanges
We generally accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Custom-cut gemstones cannot be returned once the buyer has approved the cut from a photo. After the 15-day period, an exchange or store credit may be offered.

Showroom 3S03, 3rd Floor, Jewelry Trade Center, 919/1 Silom Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am–4:00 pm (Bangkok time). Walk-ins are welcome. During peak hours, an appointment is recommended for more curated service.
Gemstone shapes and sizes
We work with gemstones in all shapes and sizes. Custom cutting to a requested size can be arranged when the buyer’s timeline allows.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, and EMS. Shipping costs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Trade terms
There is no minimum order quantity. We accept payment by bank transfer, wire transfer, cash, or credit card. Payment can be made in euros (EUR), Thai baht (THB), US dollars (USD), and other major currencies.
Sourcing time
If a requested stone is not currently available, sourcing may take from 2 hours to 20 days, depending on the stone and sourcing requirements.
