We ship internationally through FedEx, DHL and EMS. Available carriers and delivery timing depend on the destination and shipment details. The buyer pays shipping costs and any import duties, taxes or local customs charges. Contact us for a shipping estimate before confirming your order.

What does KCT IMPEX offer?
We supply loose gemstones for wholesale and trade buyers. The catalogue introduces our gemstone range; please enquire for current availability and details. We do not sell finished jewellery.
How do I ask about a gemstone?
Tell us the stone, preferred shape, size, quantity and any other specifications. We can send photos and videos on WhatsApp. If you are new to buying gemstones, share your budget and we can help you consider suitable options. Contact us by email or WhatsApp +66 92 931 4705.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We do not have a minimum order quantity.
Can you source stones beyond the catalogue?
Yes. Sourcing time can range from about 2 hours to 20 days, depending on the stone and requirements. We will discuss the expected timing with you.
Sizes, cutting & treatments
What sizes and shapes are available?
We work with calibrated and free sizes and a range of shapes. Custom cutting may be possible when the buyer can allow time for it. If you approve a custom cut based on its photo, that custom-cut stone cannot be returned.
Can you share treatment information?
We disclose treatment information when it is known to us. If you want a certificate, we can help arrange an optional report through GIL Lab or AIG Lab. The buyer pays the certification cost.
Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer, wire transfer, cash or credit card. We accept euros, Thai baht, US dollars and other major currencies; please confirm the accepted currency and payment details with us before payment.
Returns
Return requests are generally accepted within 15 days. Please contact us promptly to discuss a return. After 15 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered. Custom-cut stones approved by the buyer from a photo cannot be returned.
